This Privacy Policy explains how Lendprojectqx Editorial, S. de R.L. de C.V. (‘Lendprojectqx’, ‘we’) processes personal data when you visit lendprojectqx.com or write to our editorial team. It has been prepared under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) of Mexico and its 2025 regulatory updates.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Lendprojectqx Editorial, S. de R.L. de C.V., with editorial offices at Av. Álvaro Obregón 185, Piso 4, Col. Roma Norte, 06700 Ciudad de México, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact our privacy team at editors@lendprojectqx.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you decide to send us through the contact form (name, email and message) and technical data generated by your browser (IP address, device type, approximate region, pages read). We do not request identification documents, financial data or sensitive information.
3. Why we use it
Your data is used to (a) reply to editorial questions, (b) keep the website operational and safe, (c) understand which notes are read the most through aggregated analytics, and (d) — only with your consent — measure the effect of communications through Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal grounds
We process data based on your consent (contact form, cookies), our legitimate interest in maintaining the website and our legal obligation to respond to the rights you exercise under the LFPDPPP.
5. Storage and retention
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to 24 months from the last exchange, after which they are securely deleted unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited technical data with our hosting provider and with Google (only after cookie consent) for advertising measurement under Consent Mode v2 with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals.
7. Your ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent at any time, by writing to editors@lendprojectqx.com with a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures such as encrypted connections (TLS), access controls to our editorial mailbox and a documented incident-response procedure updated in 2025.
9. International transfers
Some technical providers (hosting, analytics, advertising measurement) may process data in the United States or the European Union. In every case we require contractual safeguards aligned with the LFPDPPP.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect editorial, legal or technical changes. The date at the top of the page always shows the most recent revision.
